How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in an average of 7–14 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
My order hasn't arrived yet – what should I do?
During busy periods (especially around Christmas) delivery can take a little longer than usual. If the estimated delivery time has passed, email our contact form with your order number and we'll find out what's happening with your parcel.
Which size should I choose?
The hoodie has a relaxed, unisex fit. If you're between sizes, or want extra room in the pouch for your pet, go one size up.
What size pet fits in the pouch?
The front pouch is made for cats and small dogs. Always supervise your pet and never leave them unattended in the pouch.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Use our withdrawal form or email our contact form with your name, order number (e.g. #1001) and the reason for your return. We'll confirm and send you return instructions. You then send the product back with a carrier of your choice.
What does a return cost?
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item. The cost depends on the carrier you choose.
What are the conditions for returns?
You have 14 days from receiving your order. Please return the product with its accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging with labels attached. See our Return Policy.
Which payment methods can I use?
You'll see all available payment methods at checkout, such as credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.

Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Email our contact form with your full name and the email address you used and we'll help you quickly.
Can I cancel my order?
Email our contact form as soon as possible with your name, order number and the reason. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you. If it has shipped, you can still use your 14-day right of withdrawal.
How do I wash the hoodie?
Turn it inside out and wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Don't tumble dry or iron the print – this keeps the colours bright for many Christmases.
